TriCarolina is hosting their first Kickoff meeting on Wednesday, January 23rd at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the Home Economist Market at 2707 South Boulevard in Charlotte. If you are a local triathlete looking for weekly group workouts, or a new athlete looking to complete in your first 5K in 2008, come out and join us!

Many of you may have recently heard on the news and radio about the Charlotte Healthy Living Fair that is being held at the Charlotte Merchandise Mart on January 26th.

Restart Fitness Water is helping sponsor the event and will have a booth set up giving out more information and free samples. There will be a lot of other cool activities set up as well. The event is free, so please come on out and make sure to stop by and see us.

The Southeast Petro-Food Marketing Expo in Myrtle Beach

Restart welcomes all Charlotteans' and ACC fans a like! We will be set up outside the Bobcat's arena for the ACC tournament.

Restart and the Charlotte Eagles Press Conference will be held in the Alltel Room at the Siskey YMCA, scheduled for 11:30am on Saturday.

Restart will be on hand to help keep everyone hydrated for Rich & Bennett’s 8th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl (the world's largest pub crawl!)
